DON'T SPEND DISTURBANCE LIFE

In our flats the silence starts at 22.00 pm and end 7.00 am. We presume that all our tenants follow the regulations and respect other neighbours peace days and nights.


This information should be taken seriosly, because if disturbances appear, we follow the Law of Housing which give us the right to evict the tenant who spend disturbance life.

Hot Belgian YouTube Tip

I'm doing a workshop on the NodeBox software at the moment.. http://www.nodebox.net. The NodeBox people are deranged Belgians, their minds cracked by Too Much Coding and Too Much Bad Music. Each day they inflict various internet clips/eurotechno tunes/dance crazes on us.. this is one of their best finds, some clips from a Norwegian comedy show called Uti Var Hage. Enjoy!

Pardon My Over-Pants

Sometimes, your trousers are a bit too large for your hips, and they fall down partways, perhaps displaying a little fashionable underwear. This is deemed acceptable, amongst the younger generations at least. In Finland, however, all you're going to get from me is an unwanted flash of long-johns. Thermal underwear=the heat death of cool.

Don't Stand Mischief

Mischief is something, which nobody has to stand. Reporting mischief is everybody's responsibility. The person who has committed the mischief is always responsible for it, unsolved cases mount up to the rents. Maintaining public order and security belongs to the police. Everyone has the right to contact the police if needed.
